I had Pukki in the one I run for my wife at her work.

In ours, Lanzini coming in for Anderson was decent but that was really all.

I worry (but hope) Jimenez is doing an Illunga.

Fucking Pogba missing a penalty, and Lundstram on the bench. Exactly my luck..

Sorry but you aren't west ham if you are captaining kane

Re: Fantasy Premier League
It's tough to fit them all in.

I'm currently tinkering with a midfield of Salah, Sterling, KDB, Sigurdsson and Perez.

Loads of points in there, but sacrificing a fair bit up front.

Not too worried about defense at the moment.

Re: Fantasy Premier League
Got it. If you're captaining Sterling every week then Salah is too expensive - just my opinion. I had two frees this week - I've done Salah and Vardy to KdB and Kane, and will captain the latter.

Re: Fantasy Premier League
Yeah that's what I'm trying to do Dave - shoehorn Sterling and KDB into my side, while keeping Salah as well.

I can get them in, but it means making a number of changes. Definitely sacrificing one of the Liverpool defenders helps (I had va Dijk and TTA), and getting rid of one of my keepers has saved a few quid, but I'm having to tinker with a few other positions to get them all in.

Wanting to change my attack as well, so that's another change.

Re: Fantasy Premier League
EAH - what changes? 6 seems excessive.

Decent start but left Lunstram on the bench frustratingly this week.

City’s next 4 are incredible - everyone needs ideally Raheem and KDB. Downgrading Liverpool defenders seems a way to do this.

Wildcard in use for me already. Every single year I use it in the second week

I'm hanging on to the WC until the transfer window is shut.

I had a fantastic profit of buying Haller this round. All in all, it's going as always, shit!

Re: Fantasy Premier League
Thinking about making six (SIX) changes this week. Will mean playing my wildcard in the 3rd week, but better than blowing 16 points to get it done!

Fornals is out, that's for sure.

Anyone else making drastic changes?

Anyone not subbing Adrian in this week?

Re: Fantasy Premier League
I have him too, but due to lessons learnt over the last 2 seasons, if Salah plays, he's captain.

I've got him but couldn't bet against us by making him captain, blind loyalty

Anyone who has Ozil or the other bloke who actually got out of the car in their teams should move them before 7pm as Arsenal have said they won’t be involved on Sunday

Re: Fantasy Premier League
Haller is one to watch, I'm looking at him plus one WHU Mid in GW3. It might even be Wilshere if he continues his pre-season form and actually stays alive that long He's a potential bargain in this game at £5m

Others to watch for me to see how they do - Trossard and Locadia (Brighton), Joelinton (New, cost £40m quid and is £6m in the game and has been smashing up pre-season apparently), Adams and Redmond (Southampton, Redmond is a good FPL player, especially after Hassenhutl took over) and one of the Leicester mids, especially Perez.

I'm going with a Bournemouth trio for the first two games (risky, I know) but I'll lose two of them after the first two game weeks.

I'll steer clear of the promoted teams until we see what cheapy cream is rising to the top.

A season of glorious failure awaits!

I find everyone new to the league slightly overpriced though as well.
